Inside you will find an array of fine finishes in the open concept floor plan with tall vaulted ceilings, a warm stone fireplace, rich, knotty alder cabinets and granite countertops. The kitchen and dining room are complemented by ceramic tile flooring, gorgeous lighting fixtures and a full set of cookware items and access to the back patio on cool summer nights, perfect for hot tubbing and watching a canopy of stars to appear or view the Bison and Elk on the mountains behind the home.
The King suite is located on the main level with its own private access to the back patio, separate tub and shower, and tile flooring. Also on this level are 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen bed and the other with a Twin/Full bunk. A huge bonus room/theater adds plenty of space for games or entertainment on the upper level with a Full bed.
The basement adds another large family room with a Queen sofa sleeper, Kitchenette and walk-out access to the spacious back patio. There is a full bath and three bedrooms in the lower level. These bedrooms provide a King bed, 1 Queen bed, 1 Full bed with a twin trundle. A well-groomed yard and 1.23 usable acres surround this immaculate home. Relax in the large jetted hot tub on the back patio and take in the gorgeous scenery. There's ample space for plenty of parking, including room for an RV or Boat.
