New AC mini-split units upstairs and a back deck, this home is located within one block of the county library, county building, and 4 restaurants. It is also located within walking distance of the Utah State Field House/ Dinsoaur Museum and a green park area that is perfect for pet owners. It is within driving distance of the Dinosaur Quarry and Red Fleet and Steinaker state reserviors. There are also 2 rafting companies within a 1 mile radius for rafting trips on the Green River. We do our best to follow current COVID cleaning guidelines for the home and the business. There is ample street parking for vehicles towing trailers (such as UTVs) and additional parking under a carport. The home also has one bedroom set up for families with small children to stay along with two other regular bedrooms and a fenced backyard and play area.
