Positive: It was comfortable.

Negative: After driving all day, we arrived after dark, and it took us a while to find the apartment door since there was no light on outside it while all the other doors had their lights on. We found it with our phone light, but I was concerned that the other apartment dwellers were worried about people looking around the little nooks and crannies outside their apartment complex. We then could not get in with the passcode we were given in the booking message. We called and with the help of a rep could not get the passcode to work. We then got the backup key box combo but when we opened that, there was no key inside. After more than an hour in the dark, 28F weather with only a phone light, the Call rep gave us a new passcode that she had reset, and we finally got in. Inside it was 56F and it took hours for us to warm up and get comfortable. We stayed there for two days and it was sufficient but that miserable welcome really put a damper on our stay. There should always be a local management contact, there should have been a light on and it should have had actual heat on inside when outside is below freezing. When dealing with management through messaging afterwards, they were insulting and rude calling our inability to get in with the passcode “user error” when it was their passcode system that failed. Once they reset it with a new passcode, we got in right away. That was icing on the cake as far as a bad welcome and bad finish.
