Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, Wasatch Springs is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City (Main Street) and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this high-end home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 2800 square feet, it sleeps 12-14 people perfectly and will provide an amazing place to enjoy a vacation.
Entry to the lower level is through the front door or through the private 2-car garage. You will be amazed at the first site of the home! There is a lovely entryway area with comfortable upholstered seating and a coat rack for easy on and off of shoes, hats coats, etc.
At this level of the home, there are two bedrooms and a full shared bathroom with a tiled tub and shower combination, as well as a full laundry room with an HE washer and dryer and iron with ironing board. One of the bedrooms hosts a King-sized bed with a full-sized sleeper sofa and the other hosts TWO triple bunks for comfortable sleeping for six.
Just one level up, you will find a gorgeous open and spacious living room with a u-shaped sectional sofa and easy chair for plenty of seating and a large HD Smart TV with streaming options for YouTube live TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc. There is also a beautiful brick gas fireplace to warm the room nicely on cool mountain evenings or blustery winter days. The nearby fully equipped gourmet kitchen features quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, bar seating for three, a dining room/area with seating for six to eight at the table and everything needed to prepare a meal at home. A toaster, regular drip coffee pot, Keurig, crockpot, baking sheets, glassware (including wine glasses), utensils, pots/pans, and dishes make cooking and eating together a breeze.
Just off this main level area, you will find a private master suite with a king bed, smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a large glass walk-in shower and separate soaking tub. Off of this bedroom is a door to a large patio with a private hot tub.
Up one more level is a loft-style full bedroom with a kind bed, a private en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a single sink vanity and sofa seating. There is a folding louvered room divider for loft privacy.
The Garage has boot and equipment dryers and room for two small to mid-size vehicles. There is room for 2 cars in the private driveway and there’s also first come, first served neighborhood parking for any extra cars. Street parking and RV, boat or trailer parking is not permitted.
