Each bedroom is equipped with amazing bedding, pillows, and its own unique flair. You will have everything you need, including full-length mirrors, luggage racks, hooks for your belongings, and hangers.
BATHROOMS:
The bathrooms are a delight with fun wallpaper, rainfall showerheads, and all the amenities you'd expect and more.
OFFICE:
Remote workers have access to a dedicated office space in the master walk-in closet. Far from being an after-thought, the office has a fun mural that will keep you feeling vacation vibes even while you work.
OUTDOORS:
Soak up the beautiful AZ weather in the fun lounge space complete with amazing swing chairs, outdoor heater, and umbrella. Use the charcoal grill and enjoy a meal outdoors right next to the pool. Get your tan on in the chaise loungers, or enjoy some coffee under the shaded patio. And of course there's the huge play pool with basketball hoop that is warm enough to enjoy from May - September (April - October if you're brave!).

OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE:
Pool is not heated so swimming only recommended from May - September. Depending on your tolerance, you may consider May and September too cold, or you may be fine with the temperature in April and October. Generally, the temperature of the water will be around the nighttime temperature.
Quiet hours in the backyard are enforced from 9 pm - 9 am. Passive noise monitoring devices are used inside and outside the home to alert me to volume levels that would be disturbing to neighbors. They do not record conversations nor allow listening in.
To help me monitor the home, three external security cameras are installed. Two monitor points of entry (front door and backyard gate) and one monitors the pool area. For privacy, the camera monitoring the pool area can be turned off. None of the cameras point towards interior spaces.
For long-term stays of at least 2 weeks, I do require the scheduling of weekly cleanings, which you will have to be offsite for approximately 3 hours. Any extra required cleanings will only be charged at half price at $87.50.
Washer and dryer are located in the garage, which is not heated or air-conditioned.
Fireplace is not operational.
