The complex is directly beside 27th ave park with a great kid's park, basketball courts, and racquetball court. The complex is beautifully landscaped with great amenities including seasonally heated pool (great for winter), shuffleboard, air conditioned/ heated clubhouse with covered pavilion with community grill. The condo's kitchen has been completely updated, both bathrooms, new floors, and brand new furniture!
This condo is great for a family vacation, winter getaways, or if you need a furnished retreat on the beach. The kitchen is fully stocked to make those great meals after hanging out on the beach all day and both bathrooms are updated.
