NO EXCEPTIONS AS PER CITY RESTRICTIONS AND NEIGHBORHOOD RULES.
Sit out and relax by the tropical pool AND spa with views of mountains and rooftops. Pool has color changing wheel so lights change colors. Fun to watch at night. Pool also has a Baja shelf and built in table to enjoy a nice cocktail or cold lemonade. Peek-a-boo casino view from Gazebo. Lots of patio table seating outside with 3 patio tables and 4 lounge chairs for sunning. Plenty of room for 2 - 3 families to spread out and have a great time barbecuing, swimming, playing games or watching the big game on our big screen tv's.
Lake Mohave and Katherine landing are 6 minutes away. Casinos and boat launch at river are 5 minutes away. Davis Camp is 4 minutes away where you can launch boat and jet skis at the river. Two car garage and parking for four more vehicles in the circular driveway. Boat and jet ski parking on street or in circular part of driveway.
Free WIFI and DIRECTV. We have a mid-level package.
1 king bed in master. 1 guest room has a queen bed with twin bunk and twin trundle underneath and kids bunk room has two triple bunk beds that sleep 3 each. Casita/ guest house is separate from the house. Has king bed with a couch and tv. Has full bathroom including shower. Has small kitchenette with sink and small fridge.
Large dining table that seats 10 plus two at the counter and an additional table that seats 4 more. Fully stocked kitchen with almost everything to cook for the whole group. It will seem like we moved out and you moved in. Extra refrigerator and freezer in garage. Bunkroom has big screen tv and a PS3 with games for the kids.
Enjoy a day on the lake or river and then come home to barbecue and cool off in the pool or enjoy the relaxing jacuzzi. Casita has board games with a couch and tv and a kitchenette with a sink and small refrigerator/freezer. Restaurants and casinos are a short 5-minute drive away. Sam's club is 5 minutes away.
Perfect for boat and jet ski trips, family vacation or any occasion.
Pool not heated- Contact owners with any questions. Spa can be heated 4 hours per day which includes warm up. It is on propane and has a very small tank.
***Dogs allowed*** Ask owner first. $100 pet fee per stay. Any and all dogs must be registered with owner. 2 dogs max.
***Any more than 14 guests on the property at any time will forfeit your security deposit plus your reservation will be cancelled and any unused days will not be refunded for breaking house rules.
***Must be 25 years old to rent this house. We check ID. This is not a party house. No events allowed.
