Bring the whole family (or bring two families) to this great place. A very spacious guest house with free parking, a hot tub, playhouse and playground for the kids. An exercise room, washer and dryer. A Traeger grill, a Weber barbeque, huge deck and beautiful views. Enjoy the basketball or pickleball court. Located in an historical quaint adorable town with fantastic restaurants and only 15 minutes to Brian Head ski resort and mountain biking trails. And yes, we do have free RV parking.
A log cabin style apartment above a 3 car garage (used by hosts) with all the amenities for a short or long stay. All rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen are like new and spotless. Children can play in the backyard, the playhouse, or playground. They can even help collect eggs from the 4 caged chickens! The front yard includes a pickleball court, basketball court, and ping pong table. There is plenty of room to park the largest RV on the side driveway. Hook ups are even available for a $40/night fee.
Everything but inside the log home and finished basement. Front and side yards, driveway are all available.
We are open to whatever works for our guests! Any communication works for us.
Quiet town with multi-million dollar homes to 150 year old historic homes. Crime seems non-existant. Cars and homes are seldom locked. Just one elementary school and a combined high and middle school. Sports are well attended and the community provides dozens of activities during the year. From the county fair to Christmas programs.
Quiet streets with Moms and strollers taking up the middle lanes. Easy to ride your bike, side by side, horse, or just about anything.
As our name implies our little town of Parowan is the entrance to five national parks and dozens of state parks which many call "The Grand Circle". Check out the map in our photo selection.

Set up and take down: By The Grand Circle Inn-set up 1 hour prior, take down immediately after.
Clean Up: Please wipe down all tables and chairs, sweep floor, remove all food, remove all trash to outside bins.
Rental fee: 2 hours-$140.00. 3 hours-$200
Deposit for securing daytime: $50.00 (will go towards event fee)
Security deposit = $100 will be returned after if applicable.
Small event quests cannot use:
*Backyard, Hot tub, Vacation rental space (with exception of bathroom directly attached to the garage)
Small event quests are welcome to use
Small event space, Pickleball court, Basketball court, Ping pong table
Parking: Only vacation rental guest can use the driveway. Small event quest parking is on the perimeter of the yard.
Use of vacation rental kitchen
If cooking for the event yourself please limit those going into the vacation rental kitchen to just a select few helping with the cooking.
There are 32 white Lifetime chairs, 8, 6 foot LIfetime benches, 6, 6 foot Lifetime folding tables, 2, 2x4 Lifetime serving tables. Plastic chairs are available if needed.
