It has a large kitchen, two living/family areas, 6 bedrooms, 3.5 spacious bathrooms, storage space, 3 car garage, vaulted ceilings, fireplace, 3 working station areas, backyard with the view of the best sunsets and more! Home within walking distance to city park and picnic area.
This home is clean and well taken care of.
Our house has a unique view of the LDS temple from the west of the house and the Wasatch Mountains on the east side. You can see the best sunsets and sunrises.
Our spacious house is in nice suburban area of Salt Lake City within 25-30 minutes to ski area, canyons and down town Salt Lake City. House located about 30 minutes from University of Utah or UVU. It is also located within 25-30 minutes from Salt Lake international airport.
Guests can use the entire house space. It is children and pet friendly. There are plenty of space to play. There are 4 tv’s, 2 pianos, board games, puzzles, dress ups clothes, ping pong table, books, 3 computer work stations, 3 car garages, yard with patio, hot tub, cute flowers and fruit trees, “ fairy garden “, and hummingbird visitation. The family just can gather together in spacious living room.
Our home is lovely and very comfortable. It has an inviting and peaceful feel. There are lots of seating and sleeping space. The beautiful and comfortable bedrooms give guests plenty of space and the beds are comfortable. There are high quality linens, bedding and blackout drapes.The cozy back yard allows you to relax around fire pit.
Inside there are minky couture blankets for lounging as well as many other nice touches.
The kitchen and family room windows looks directly out onto Jordan River Temple. There are several tables that can be used for dinning inside or outside the house. We also minutes from multiple restaurants, stores and other attractions.
