Built in 2020, this carefully curated 400 sq ft casita is designed for travelers who appreciate comfort, craftsmanship, and quiet. Every detail has been intentionally selected — from custom finishes and hand-built shelving to a private patio under Sedona’s Dark Sky stars.
The owners personally selected each piece in the home with care. You’ll find handcrafted coffee mugs with hummingbirds (you’re likely to spot a few outside too — feeders are placed around the front), along with wall art and southwest-inspired pieces.
A decorative tile backsplash and custom shelving were both built and installed by the homeowner, adding meaningful personal touches throughout.
The bedroom features a king-size Tempur-Pedic mattress, tall bedside lamps, a full-length mirror, open shelving, hanging space, a luggage rack, humidifier, and light-filtering blackout blinds.
In winter, the bed is layered with a duvet and quilt. In summer, a lightweight Southwest-style quilt keeps things breathable and cool. Guests can easily control the indoor temperature with the on-demand heating and cooling system.
The bathroom features 10-foot ceilings, a walk-in glass panel shower, and a single vanity. Amenities include a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, plus in-unit washer and dryer.
