Located off Wasatch Blvd between Big & Little Cottonwood Canyons; home to Solitude, Brighton, Snowbird & Alta, four of the best ski resorts. 5 min walk to grocery store and restaurants. 22 min to airport, 18 min to downtown SLC and 30 min to Park City.

Entire townhome with 2 car garage. No street parking so please park additional cars in the driveway behind yours in the garage. Private fenced backyard with 6 person hot tub and propane gas grill. Please keep voices quiet if using the hot tub after 10 PM in respect for the neighbors.
