As you enter this home across the elevated walkway, you are greeted by beautiful natural wood walls, a bright open living room with natural light, and spectacular views in every direction. When you are ready for a day of adventure, you are just a groomed trail away from Powder Mountain’s Village Lift, which gives you access to over 8400 acres of some of the best skiing in the world. Visit us in the summer to experience the beauty of high alpine wildflowers and miles of rolling single-track bike trails that weave through majestic forests.

You must have a 4 x 4 vehicle and be comfortable with snowy mountain driving to stay in this home. During storm events, both Powder Mountain Road and Summit Pass Road can be very snowy - and sometimes even closed while crews clear hazards. You must be prepared for winter conditions in this home. (But winter conditions mean great skiing!!!). Also please note that there are no amenities at the top of the mountain after the resort closes. Groceries, gas, and shops are located down the canyon in the town of Eden, UT.
This home is ski accessible with access to the ski area when the Village Lift is open. When the lift is not open, you must drive to either Hidden Lake or Timberline to access the ski area.
Due to the on-going construction of new luxury homes, there may be construction projects going on around this home.
Additional Important Information
Ski-in/Ski-out access to the Village Lift closes at 4:00 pm. A shuttle is available from the Village Area to Powder Mountain's Timberline Lodge at 4:30 PM daily.
We recommend 4 x 4 or AWD vehicles with snow tires during the winter months. Knowledge of steep mountain driving is required to book this unit. Shuttles are available from Eden for a fee.
