Positive: The location was easy -- out the back way from Park City -- IF you have a four-wheel drive vehicle. The rooms and kitchen facilities are new and clean. The attached garage was wonderful to have in the snow. The living room/open plan kitchen has good seating and is well stocked with dishes/glasses/silverware.

Negative: The immense snowfall snow piling up make it difficult to access the property as roads were plowed late in the day. Plan ahead for groceries and eating out. There are 15 steps up from the garage to the living rooms and 17 more to the main sleeping rooms, so hauling up luggage and groceries takes planning and stopping along the way. The kitchen cooking pans are just the basics and very heavy -- a few more pans and some baking sheets would be appreciated.

Summary: This is a comfortable haven in the snow with advance planning and stocking up.
