PARKING:
We have an oversized 2 car garage with one extended stall for larger trucks and then additional street parking can be found in the circular drive of the cul-de-sack. PLEASE NOTE- parking directly in front of the garage will not be allowed as it may block neighbors from the shared driveway.
HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking on the premises including patios (additional cleaning fees will be applied). No large events or parties are allowed at our home with our prior consent. The home is monitored with noise monitoring devices that will automatically notify you if you and your guests are over the allowable noise level. This is a family neighborhood in which we request full privacy and respect for our neighbors is required. Any violation can result in additional fees. We encourage a fun and hospitable escape for our guests but please be respectful of all!
ADDITIONAL INFO:
The garage can be accessed via a remote found on the entry coat rack/table and must be placed back. Pool and fitness center keys will also be placed in the same spot. Rekeying/replacing will result in a $75 fee. Thanks!
