Everything is so close!!! Airport is only 10 min drive as well:) The house lives like a three bedroom with three separate baths perfect for everyone to have their own private suites! Master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and beautiful bathroom with two separate vanities, the other guest bedroom on the first floor has its own bathroom with tub /shower right down the hall. The upstairs loft bedroom has its own suite feel complete with hang out space bedroom area and large bathroom. Renovated completely new everything top to bottom with new kitchen and baths with quartz countertops and pot filler and gas stove, new cabinetry and new tile in all baths and mudroom:) The Heart of the City has it all and even a heart in the bathroom floor❤️ Enjoy the deck area for drinks or relax in the hot tub for 4 people , and a fenced in private yard perfect for pets!
