Clean, comfortable and quiet - Spacious, private one bedroom, with lots of natural light. The condition of the interior is in excellent condition, new bedroom carpet.Two blocks from the bus stop and the vibrant Williams corridor. Ten minute walk to the Mississippi District. Walk to markets, shops, salons, bistros, bars, restaurants, food trucks, gym, bike rental, and bus to Max station. Despite the prime location, the neighborhood is fairly quiet. Detached building was once a stable below with a hayloft above. The home is on the upper level with no one below, just our storage space and a shared laundry area (we live next door). About 80 miles from the coast and close to downtown. About 15 minutes from the airport and less than 10 to the train station. Owner is familiar with invoicing for federal employees and travel nurses. For stays longer than 31 days, I can offer monthly payment schedules after the initial (booking) payment is made. In addition to the queen size bed, there is an airbed available for guests. Smaller dogs okay, no cats, please. I also board dogs and provide doggy daycare through Rover.
