Bedroom 3 has 2 full beds while the remaining bedroom contains a bunk bed that has a fill bed on bottom and twin bed on top. Also there is an additional full bed in 4th bedroom. Great Room has a large comfy section and Smart TV. Kitchen is fully stocked and has a large farmhouse table to fit everyone for meals or games.
PRIME OLD TOWN SCOTTSDALE LOCATION. The backyard is well landscaped and has a large covered patio with beautiful brick wood burning fire place. Brand new 2019 built HEATED pool that features a Baja step so you can relax and lounge in the water. Also a hot tub has added to the property. Solar Tiki torches create the perfect evening atmosphere. Gas BBQ. Enjoy and easy walk or 3 minute uber to Old Town. Close to great restaurants , bars, shopping, hiking, parks and great golf courses and Spring Training
