Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember. This home is close to Martinez Lake on the lower Colorado river, and will have a boat dock available for usage during stay for free. Martinez Lake hosts 50 fishing tournaments a year and all water sports. If you do not want to leave your boat at the dock overnight, home has plenty of parking space for multiple boats. You Like atv/sxs riding ? Leave right from the property onto miles of open legal riding. Only 25 minutes from butter cup sand dunes and the Colorado river no more leaving your toys at a hotel parking lot! No garage parking, but parking for multiple cars on property. We are on a unique culdsac with only one neighbor. Please keep it down (outside)after 11pm on weekends and 10pm on weekdays.
