We do have 2 active exterior cameras - one pointed at the road and one at the back door.
This is the main floor of a home. There is another unit completely separate in the basement of the home. This unit can be added on for an additional 100$ per night with a 6 night minimum making it a full home rental!

We do not have a long list of rules, we simply ask that our guests respect the home. No parties, no smoking/vaping inside, no loud music, and respect the space.
