Our office is open from 9AM - 6PM, should you arrive after 6:00PM, we have welcome packets at the office for your stay that will have WIFI information, keys etc. Should you need any further assistance, please don’t hesitate to call our office at 575-687-3715. Spacious Comfortable Glamping Cabin on a hill with stunning beautiful views of Mountains in Mayhill, NM (17miles from Cloudcroft). Take advantage of this cabin inside a wooded forest campground setting with a stream for fishing running through Camp! Tons of amenities: Large Screen TV/Cable/NFL Channel, full gourmet kitchen/living room, washer in dryer off the mud room, sleeps arrangements for 9 guests, wood burning stove plus Central Heat/AC.
Bedroom 1: King Bed and Bunks (twin/full), Bedroom 2 has Queen Bed. Rewind and relax on your private deck with beautiful views, featuring the comforts of rockers, propane fire pit overlooking mountains in a forest setting. Private Hot Tub right outside front entrance for star gazing makes this a wonderful weekend getaway or perfect for a much needed long vacation! .
Mayhill Cafe is within walking distance of the cabin with nearby seasonal fresh produce in the farmer’s market and groceries plus many restaurant options in nearby Cloucroft. Guests have access to river and pavilion in Campground. Guests are also welcome at Camp Events such as Concerts, Pot Luck and Food events. Other things to note in this quiet forest setting: Inside Campground, there is a stream for fishing (need license - these are sold at Camp Office) Other nearby attractions include Hiking, ATV trails, other stream, lake fishing, hunting, snow skiing, golf, music, food, wine, art and other festivals.
The Camp Rio is a Pet Friendly Family Campground however pets aren't permitted in cabins or glamping units; we welcome and understand that your pets are part of your family. For the purposes of safety and respect for other campers, please keep pets on a leash at ALL times outside on the campground. We thank you for your help and understanding, The Camp at Cloudcroft Staff. For further information concerning rules and guidelines for the campground, a hard copy will be provided during check in. Pets are allowed on the campground, currently out of respect for others, pets aren't allowed in Cabins or Glamping Units.
