Located 1 mile from I-8 & 1-1/2 blocks from Foothills Blvd. Plenty of room in this 1200 sq ft home. 3 bedrooms, with a comfy king bed in master & smart Roku tv, comfy queen in back bedroom & comfy double in front bedroom. Fully equipped kitchen with nice work space & dining table. Reverse Osmosis system at sink for safe drinking water. In hallway closet is a washer & dryer & small pantry area. Open floor plan with living room right off kitchen. 42" smart Roku tv with Hulu & Netflix included (both tv's). There is local tv channels (live tv) on the living room tv. All the windows have custom blinds for added privacy & beauty. Western decore makes this home feel very homey. A guest cabinet full of books & games for your enjoyment.
Outside, enjoy the beauutiful mountain views from our large covered patio with table & chairs. Patio is lighted up at night, set up on a timer.
