Beautiful decorated, new 2 bedroom casita nestled in a safe, upscale neighborhood located in Fallbrook, California, features breathtaking sunset views from the 3/4 wrap around deck with sliding glass doors that overlooks the gorgeous views to the new
home of the new Via Monserate (100 acres) winery/vineyard with several venues.
The casita is 860 sq. ft. and is beautifully furnished with a living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen ready to prepare your favorite meals. The two bedrooms include one king size bed and one double bed. Both include comfortable memory foam mattresses and beautiful linens. There is a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. There is one full bathroom with amenities.
This is a private standalone casita that accommodates up to four guest with dedicated parking in front of the casita. This is also ideal for corporate stays.

Summary: A beautiful Casita and the views are spectacular. They have done such a great job with decorating, stocking and landscaping. The care they have put into all the succulent plants adds so much beauty and interest. We loved the deck on all the sides and furnished and decorated for you comfort. Bianca is so hospitable, we arrived and there was fresh croissants with butter and jam waiting under a glass cover and fresh fruit that we had to pinch to see if it was real. I never imagined being treated so well. We had privacy but really enjoyed when they stopped to visit or check in to see if we needed anything. They were A+++ hosts. We loved every minute here. They thought of everything.
