Furnished with care, and decorated with famed local artist originals, this home boasts three bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, private fenced yard and private driveway. Multiple spaces for working remotely, including dining area and backyard patio furniture. Two porch swings look out front and back yards that are big enough for a game of badminton! Minutes away from the Capitol, airport, and historic downtown area.
Built in 1890, the brick keeps the house cool in summer, warm and cozy in the winter. Delicious green apples and brilliant peonies blossom in the summer. Private back porch with tree cover provides a wonderful morning coffee nook or BBQ spot.
