This wood and stone, mid-century sanctuary sits on 4 acres of wooded hillside. Epic views & the sound of wind rushing up the valley. Hand built in 1978 by a violin maker (exceptional acoustics), open floor plan and meticulously renovated with updated bathrooms, kitchen, carpet, redwood deck, etc.
This house was built an acre into the national forest for a surreal experience with nature in complete privacy. Formerly accessed by funicular, a winding pathway was put in its place, meticulously positioned around the natural environment.
