Guest Access
Guests have access to the whole home. Everything in the home and on the property is staged and set up for guests use and enjoyment to be used respectfully.
The only areas that are off limits to guests are the two locked closets located in the main bedroom hallway and in the laundry room. Guests are also not permitted access to the garage which is locked for security purposes.
Access to the home is easy with a smart lock at the front door. No need to worry about losing keys or the home not being secured during your stay. Each guest gets a unique code just for them during the duration of their stay.
Interaction with Guests
Abby will be the main host during your stay. Should you have any questions, comments, or concerns about anything during your stay please reach out to her. The best way to get in contact would be to first message through Vrbo directly in the booking messages. If you don't get a response within 10-15 minutes please text Abby directly during your stay. Her number is located at the property and available to you on Vrbo after a confirmed booking is made.

- During months of possible snow please allow up to 24 hours for snow removal. We provide a shovel for your convenience, if needed, during your stay.
- It is strongly recommended to purchase Vrbo's travel insurance when booking a stay during months where unpredictable weather may cause difficulties in travel which could result in not making it to your reserved location. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide full refunds for missed trips.

- No. This is against Vrbo policy. While we would love to host whoever you are booking for, we do need them to book for themselves with their own Vrbo account.
