Spacious 3 level cabin perched atop Tahoe Donner. Bring the whole family, there's space for everyone. The middle level includes the main living space, kitchen, full bathroom, King bedroom, bunk room with a queen bed and and twin over full bunk bed. Upstairs you will find the master suite, workspace, and 300+sqft loft with a futon/TV. Downstairs is a game room with TV, PS5, Shuffleboard, Arcade games, Poker table, Wet-bar, 4th queen bedroom, full bath, and storage room for your bikes/skis. Over 2,250 total sqft. Hike and Mountain bike right out the backdoor and enjoy the expansive trail system in and around Tahoe Donner. Enjoy all the private amenities Tahoe Donner offers including Gym, Pools, Golf, Private Beach Club at Donner lake, Donner Ski Resort or a short drive to Olympic Valley & Northstar.

The property has 37 stairs from the driveway to the first level entrance and is not suitable for anyone not comfortable climbing stairs. The driveway is steep and north facing. 4x4 AND good all terrain tires are highly recommended unless you plan to chain up.
