Swallow's Nest Cottage is a comfortably and cheerily appointed, family-friendly, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom beach house tucked next to the woods—but in the heart of Seabrook close to Town Hall, the pool, and a next-door pocket park. The house layout can accommodate a family, or a blended group with the privacy of a downstairs suite for parents, grandparents, or guests. We’ve chosen the furnishings with attention to maximum comfort and care-free use, with premium sofas and mattresses as well as chairs you sink into after an active day. You don’t have to worry about a lot of breakables, so that even if you have small children you can relax and enjoy yourselves. The main floor has a fully-equipped kitchen cooks will enjoy with a gas range and gourmet cookware, including the equipment you need to make a big pot of clam chowder or roast a large bird. Also on the main floor is a dining nook plus barstool seating at the kitchen counter for two more diners, living room, powder room, and mud room where you can stash your outdoor stuff. The living room has a gas fireplace, with 42" HD TV, cable, Blu-ray player, and Wi-Fi internet. Upstairs are two bedrooms, a full bathroom with an oversized soaking tub, and front-load washer and dryer. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has extra-long twin bunk beds comfortable for tall teens or adults, but cozy for kids. We’ve supplied toys and books for kids to enjoy. The ground floor is a quiet suite with its own entrance, a media room, full bathroom, and bedroom with a queen-sized bed and windows looking into the woods. The media room has a 42" HD TV with cable, Blu-ray player, and Wii Fit. It also has a queen sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress. Our new arbor and patio is ideal for outside gatherings, with a professional-grade gas grill, picnic table, and benches. Seabrook is burgeoning with growth of new homes and amenities, and this property is currently near active construction. To minimize disruption for our guests we have set strict guidelines for the hours in which construction employees may work.
