One of only a handful of poolside townhomes in the complex, located in the shadows of the 860-acre Tumamoc Hill ecological preserve. Charmingly furnished, fully stocked kitchen, Green Tea memory foam mattress, full-size washer/dryer, and quaint back patio. Laptop work desk, smart TVs with Netflix, Roku tv, or log in to your personal streaming services, and just steps to the jacuzzi. Everything you’ll need for your sunny snowbird vacation, travel nursing assignment, or impromptu getaway.
You will have private access to all of the community amenities including, the swimming pool, jacuzzi, BBQ, and picnic tables. There are no assigned parking spots. Any spot in the area is good.
We highly encourage our guests to remove your shoes upon entering the unit. Thanks for considering :)
We take pride in ensuring every photo displayed is shot in our condo with actual furnishings. That said, we regularly refresh our decor and furniture arrangements, which may slightly differ from what's pictured.
Our goal is to provide the most accurate and comfortable experience possible, but in case we forgot something, send a message or call any time during your reservation. Me and my local co-host, Lisa are always here to help.

• Unfortunately, we cannot allow personal mail deliveries to our property. We can allow Amazon package deliveries.
• All guests occupying the property must be accounted for on the reservation.
• Quiet hours are 10:00pm - 7:00am
• FEES: A lost remote control (TV), $100 charge.
Smoking of any kind, $250 charge. Unapproved late check - out fees: Every hour after 11:00am is an additional $100
