Welcome to our Sunny Frisco Condo! With windows on three sides and a skylight in the living room, you'll enjoy stunning views of nearby Mount Royal and the distant peaks of 14,00 foot high Grays and Torreys. The large, fully equipped kitchen includes a bar seating area and is perfect for preparing meals, with grocery stores nearby. If you'd rather dine out, a variety of restaurants on Main Street are just a short walk away. You can unwind in the Jacuzzi bathtub or soak in the mountain scenery and hummingbirds from the balcony during warmer months. The gas fireplace adds a cozy touch as you relax and watch the internet-enabled HDTV. The 1,200-square-foot unit also comes with a washer and dryer for your convenience.
The master bedroom features a king bed, while the second bedroom offers two queens. The sunroom has a twin bed where you can fall asleep under the stars with views of Mount Royal. The living room couch converts into a double bed, making the condo ideal for up to 7 guests. Each bedroom includes a bureau, a large closet, and a flat-screen HDTV, with additional drawer space in the sunroom. There are two full bathrooms with tub/shower combinations. The master bathroom, with its Jacuzzi tub, connects to both the master bedroom and the living area. Summary: This condo is an excellent base for a ski-trip: convenient location; nicely decorated and well-equipped, including a full kitchen to cook meals if eating in; plenty of space for a family of five to be together or to spread out; great gas fireplace to warm you up after returning from the slopes; covered parking with ski-storage; and some nice views of the surrounding mountains.
