Summary: The hotel was not in very great shape. I think it hadn't been vaccuumed or swept in a long time. The pool was clean, albiet pretty cold. I was surprised to be the only person there (in the pool). The Hot tub has been closed since May. My television was unplugged and when staff helped, we also discovered the battery was dead on the remote. I had issues with wifi that I had to call the internet provider. The staff was very friendly, and helped with concerns. The bed was very clean and comfortable. AC/heater was spot on. They also accommodated my cat, so props for that (although there was a fee).
