Welcome to this beautifully renovated and spacious upper unit of our North Fargo duplex! Perfect for gathering in the great room, or relaxing in any of the THREE bedrooms!
Conveniently located, providing easy and quick access to NDSU/Fargodome, Hector Int'l Airport, and Sanford Broadway Medical Center, as well as incredible dining and entertainment in VIBRANT downtown Fargo.
Featuring an open concept and many large windows, this recently renovated duplex unit is spacious and comfortable.
There is abundant space in the great room for guests to socialize or take advantage of the gigantic 75” smart TV, as well as an expansive ten foot island to gather around while preparing and enjoying a delicious meal. Alternatively, the dining table seats up to 5, for a more traditional dining experience. All seating combined in the great room allows for up to 15 people.
The kitchen is stocked with basic cooking/baking supplies, as well as a drip coffee maker/Keurig combo and teapot to start your day right.
The master bedroom has a luxurious king size bed and a wall mounted 43” Smart TV.
Feel free to use the washer and dryer in the unit (laundry detergent available) if you need to wash a load or two during your stay.
The driveway can accommodate 2-4 vehicles depending on size, but since this is a duplex, the driveway may need to be shared with guests staying in the lower unit. There is also free street parking available on both sides of the street.
While the unit can sleep up to 8 guests (including the pullout couch), we think the perfect group size is 5-6. We’re happy to host all 8, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier.
