Summary: Very disappointed because of the lack of information and direct contact from agent. Property needs a lot of deferred maintenance. Outside door locks were problematic—deadbolts need to be fixed. Oven door drops to floor and is dangerous, plumbing fixtures and shower heads need adjusting. Main windows were really dirty, cabinets need to be cleaned. We found unwashed sheet pans in cupboard.
