The house has an open floor plan, great for entertaining. The great room has open beams, wood ceilings, and a stunning wrap-around view of the continental divide. There are 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, fireplace, wood stove, indoor hot tub and modern appliances. The second family room can also be used as a fifth bedroom. It has a fireplace, pull-out couch, and separate garden level entrance. There is a spacious redwood deck off the dining area and a viewing porch off the living room. It has a very private feel.

This area has some of the best Winter activities found in Colorado. There is downhill skiing and snowboarding at Winter Park, Mary Jane, and Granby Ranch - all within 20 minutes. Snowshoeing, cross-country skiing, and sleigh rides are available at Snow Mountain Ranch and Devil's Thumb.

Summer activities include hiking, biking, golf, fishing and river-rafting. Nearby golfing is available at Sol Vista, Pole Creek, and Arrowhead to name a few. There is great fishing on the Fraser and Colorado Rivers. Rocky Mountain National Park offers hiking, wildlife-viewing, and other sightseeing.

Summary: We had 3 generations staying in this house. We loved the layout! So many books, games, puzzles provided. Great place for any family to stay. Owner was wonderful to communicate with. The views were absolutely amazing! Wish we could have stayed longer.
