Centrally located with open plan lounge and dining opening to a lovely sunny deck, the cottage sits in a flat private section that has lovely views of the surrounding mountains. Approx 10 minutes walk to Lake Rotoiti and approx 5 minutes walk to St. Arnaud Village Store, also 2 minutes to Lake Rotoiti Community Hall.
