This new 800 SQ FT, 2BR/2BA townhome offers mountain comfort and stunning views. The open concept living area has wonderful natural light with large windows that invite the outdoors inside. The great room offers incredible views of the surrounding area. The custom kitchen with stainless steel appliances is equipped with all of the items you may need to make that perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The patio is located off the dining room with brand new patio furniture and gas grill. This lovely property backs up to permanent Land Trust Open Space. Enjoy fantastic, unobstructed mountain views of Rocky Mountain National Park.
The Master bedroom offers a King bed and ensuite full bath on the main level. The guest bedroom has a Queen bed. The home has free, secure WiFi, and streaming available on the SmartTV in the living area.

- Management provides a starter kit of amenities (an extra roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, one extra roll of paper towels, 2-3 garbage bags, sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, 2-3 laundry powder packs, 4-5 dishwashing pods, and liquid dishwashing soap). Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products as needed beyond this starter kit.

Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.
The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$80 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$80 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $80, OR no-cost Safety Check)
