A spacious Loft space at the top of the stairs is furnished with a Queen Futon, a TV, and a DVD player. The Living Room has a Queen Sofa Sleeper, flat screen TV and DVD player, and a cozy, gas-log fireplace. The gated outdoor private patio has picnic furniture and a gas BBQ Grill.
