Summary: I stayed for 6nights. I was told I could check in at 3pm and couldn’t check in until 5pm. I had to call every time I needed towels. There were 3 of us with 2 sets of towels. They are supposed to do a minor touch up with towels every 2 days when staying that long. I ran out of towels multiple times, and coffee. The tv never worked and our room was right against the basketball court/pool. I called twice to have people removed from there at 11pm.
