Well-cared for, recently renovated, newly furnished 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo located at the 5-star luxury Bella Sirena Resort in Rocky Point Mexico, Sandy Beach. Premium end unit with picturesque patio views of the ocean, resort, and desert all from the BUILT-IN PATIO BAR. Large dining room table seats 6 with a well-stocked kitchen, which includes full-size refrigerator/freezer, oven, electric stovetop, microwave, and reverse osmosis water purification system. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk-in closest, large master bathroom with two sinks, new fixtures, large soaking tub, and walk-in rennovated shower with new frosted glass door for privacy. Second bedroom has a customized queen-over-king bunk bed with sliding door patio access and two large closets with newly installed shelving, luggage bench, and shoe rack in each. You read that right; TWO oversized beds in the second room making for ample sleeping space. Living room includes oversized couch with a queen sleeper bed. Full second bath with walk-in shower that includes new fixtures, renovated shower, and frosted glass shower doors for additional privacy. Additional amenities include: free WiFi and phone calls to US and Mexico, cable TV in every room, new washer & dryer, coffee maker, hair dryer, and a variety of plush living room and patio furniture. Reserved covered parking is available for TWO vehicles. The condo is freshly (and warmly) painted inside and out, with several new upgrades that we've been planning for years and are now happy to see come to fruition as part of the recent renovation. New bath and kitchen fixtures, remodeled showers to include frosted doors, new windows and window shades, newly furnished couches, patio furniture, beds, mattresses, bedding, and functional bedroom closets to create plenty of space for clothes and essentials.
Bath towels provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels.
**Please note that the infrastructure in Mexico and at Bella Sirena Resort causes power bumps, valve and pipe leaks, etc that then cause occasional maintenance woes (air conditioning and heating outages, water shut off, etc) in the condos. While I take pride in my condo and am a stickler for disciplined preventative maintenance, there are times when these unforseen issues occur during guest's stay. Please understand that I do not have the ability to accommodate relocating guests in the extremely rare case of an issue that occurs while staying in my comdo. I have a property manager on-site who has a variety of maintenance experts on speed dial. Rest assured that we will work with and for you to do all that we can to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This is no different than most other owners in Puerto Peñasco, but I just feel a responsibility to put it out there as a risk (albeit small risk). As evidence by guests' reviews of my condo, these issues are few and far between. Thanks in advance for your understanding!**
