Positive: Room was clean.

Negative: Bed was too soft and got hot while sleeping, but I anticipated this by bringing a comfortable inflatable mattress. And I was able to adjust heat/ AC. However, the only place the mattress would fit was on the king bed, so I had a sort of loft.
