Summary: Room was very nice. Avocado bacon grilled cheese ordered in the bar was huge and delicious. (Enough for next day) Unfortunately our check in was less than pleasant. I checked the pet rate when booking on Hotels.com. It was $20. At the hotel I was informed their price was $50 and manager would not honor my booking price. I was able to get this resolved by contacting the Regional manager but overall front of desk personnel in the evening not pleasant.
