Summary: Room was clean but rather musty smelling. Clerk during the evening shift charged the same amount as what had been prepaid ( 147.00) for the room. I asked what the charge was for he said it was a room deposit for incidentals , this was after he said that the incidentals charge is $100.00. I tried to get an explanation but the clerk just kept making excuses and going around and around with an explanation that didn’t make sense. Posting a clear explanation of charges at the night window would avoid this problem.
