This charming 2,500 sq ft home is in the heart of American Fork close to shopping, hospitals, and silicone slopes! It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a nursery, and an office space. Basement has been recently remodeled with new carpet, paint, bathroom with walk-in shower, and two bedrooms. There is a large sectional, love seat bean bag, and tv in the downstairs living area. Upstairs boasts a large kitchen, living room with leather couches, an office with an extra large desk, 1.5 bathrooms (the half bath having the washer and dryer), as well as a bedroom, and nursery (with crib, mattress, and sheets). There is a patio with a large table and 8 chairs, and the backyard is quite large with an apple, pear, and peach tree.
You may see someone mowing the lawn during your stay (we do lawn care coming 4x per month.) Security cameras will be near front and back doors on outside of house.
