We do the cleaning, not you! Quiet neighborhood close to Lagoon, Hill AFB, & Cherry Hills. Under an hour driving distance to Ogden & Salt Lake. Basement apartment, we live upstairs w/2 small children; we try to keep noise levels down, but can be heard downstairs. Includes fridge, microwave, dishes & utility sink; no stove/hot plate. Entire basement is private during stays of 2 weeks or less; we will need access to the basement for longer stays, but will coordinate with you. Happy to interact w/ guests as much as they need or like. There is a security camera in the garage to ensure the garage doors get closed and others outside the home for general home security; there are no cameras inside the basement apartment. Windows in the basement are compliant with when the home was built, but are not egress windows.
