This home is the perfect place for family and friends to gather. With it's large open kitchen, dining, great room area, there's room for everyone. The quiet neighborhood provides an excellent backdrop to the home's outdoor living/relaxing area as well. The fenced in, private backyard has a covered sitting area, gas fire pit, 4 burner BBQ grill and grass space for a fun game of catch or tag.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all the needed utensils, cooking equipment and accessories you'll need during your stay.
Downstairs boasts a large family room for games and/or movies. We have an 86" TV screen and the biggest couch to snuggle with the whole family and watch movies or play games. While here, enjoy easy access to beautiful walking/biking trails behind the home, or within a few minutes walk to the Jordan River trail system that runs along the shores of Utah Lake and or the Jordan River. This trail system is a lovely place to relax and get away from everything, spot a few woodland animals or get your exercise on if that's your jam.
