The Space:
This two-story remodeled condo overlooks the North Bluff pool and the ocean beyond. On the first level you will find a quaint private movie room with sleeper solfa, fully stocked open kitchen to include oven range and stove top, full sized microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Kitchen island offers open space for meal prepping or tending to drinks. The open dining room with comfortable table seating for 6. A desk for quiet study or work sits in between the living room and kitchen with easy access to coffee breaks on the balcony. In the tastefully decorated living room you have a full-sized couch, and loveseat adjacent to the large tv, a comfy chair and gas fireplace. The slider opens to a private balcony that overlooks the pool below and the Monterey Bay beyond-enjoy snacks and drinks and great conversation or coffee with a good book-setae, 2 chairs and long table offer a nice space to take in the breathtaking scenery. Upstairs you have a stacking washer and dryer and full bathroom in the hall with step in shower. Both bedrooms offer a comfortable bed and ample storage for your personal belongings. The primary includes a queen size bed, step in bath/shower and a second private balcony with views of the pool and ocean below. The second bedroom is a king. This remodel offers features like no other with the cozy movie room, & open first floor floorplan-great for family, romantic getaways and entertaining. Note: while there is a sleeper sofa located on the first floor there is no first floor bathroom.
Guest Access:
PROPERTY ACCESS: The property has an electronic door lock that is accessible anytime during your stay. We will send out the check-in instructions the day before you arrive. You can expect to receive them via your booking platform's app messaging system.
FREE AMENITIES: Use of the North Bluff Pool and Spa; access with your guest code - we provide pool/beach towels in your unit. Use of beach and any open firepit (fires are allowed on the sand). Use of lobby round seating area at fireplace. Use of walking paths and overlook benches.
Use of the gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
Concierge services, front desk services, pool towel service, access to staff operated golf carts, $250 bonfire pit rentals and $75 smores packages are not available to private renters. You are welcome to build an open fire in the sand-supplies are available at the Village Market across the street or any local grocery store. The Neighborhood:
Located just south of Santa Cruz off Highway 1, Seascape Beach Resort gorgeous accommodations overlooking the Monterey Bay.
The entire resort sits atop breathtaking bluffs overlooking the ocean and beaches below. The walking path in the center of the resort leads down to the beach.
On the resort you will find The Seascape Park, numerous walking paths, Sanderlings Restaurant and bar, the North Bluff Pool and Spa, and a full gym (gym access with additional fee paid on-site).
Across the street from the resort, you will find Seascape Village which offers restaurants, cafes and shops.
The PGA rated Seascape Golf Course is only 5 minutes from the resort.

Getting Around:
Complimentary parking is available immediately outside the unit and throughout the resort property.
All on-site amenities are accessible by walking paths or if preferred by car.
To access the beach at Seascape there is a North Bluff hiking path just outside this building-on the other side of the pool. There is also a walking path next to the main lodge that leads down to the ocean where you will have beach access.
NOTE: the walks out are the same way back UP to the resort.
The Seascape Village is just across from the Resort and can be accessed by walking.
The quaint town of Aptos is just over three miles away-about a 10 minutes' drive.
Capitola Village is about 8 miles away and can be reached by car in less than 15 minutes.
Other Things to Note:
There are no daily housekeeping services. The property is cleaned before arrival and after departure. We provide hand soap, dish soap, dish towels, hand towels, bath towels, wash cloths, paper towels and toilet paper. 3-in-1 shower wash is provided. A cleaning kit is located under the kitchen sink for cleaning up spills or tidying up during your stay (please do not use premier towels or linens to wipe up spills).
On Site Amenities: Sanderlings Restaurant and bar. The North Bluff Pool and Spa are accessible by using your guest code, pool/beach towels are provided to guests in the unit. Use of the full gym is available for an additional fee (to be paid on-site).
