Location, location, location! Walk to the ski lifts! You can't find a better location in Park City than our condo; we are directly across the street from Park City Mountain Resort, the largest ski resort in the U.S.! Main Street, in Old Town Park City, is just a 20-minute walk, or 5-minute free bus ride away where you will find world class dining and shopping. A grocery store, coffee shop and movie theater are all a short walk from the condo. Deer Valley Resort and the Canyons are just a few miles away and are easily accessible using the free bus system with a stop right next to our condo complex. The Park City Municipal golf course is right around the corner, and has cross-country skiing available in the winter.
Our nicely remodeled condo is clean, comfortable and cozy with lots of updates and tons of natural light. The full sized and well-stocked kitchen has newer stainless steel appliances if you want to stay in for meals, and a grocery store is conveniently located within a 10 minute walk. If you choose, you will find multiple restaurants close by, in all price points.
After a day of skiing you can relax on the leather sofa in front of the HDTV, or take advantage of the free WiFi, while enjoying a fire in the fireplace. Or, walk down the stairs to soak in the outside Jacuzzi hot tub (winter only) while enjoying stunning views of the ski runs. There is in-room storage for your skis so you can be prepared to hit the slopes early. If you have a car, there is free covered garage parking and/or off street parking available to our guests.
Our large bedroom has a new queen mattress and bedding, and the sofa folds out to a queen bed. Coin-op washers and dryers are available for your use in the building, one floor below the condo.
If you choose to come for the Sundance Film Festival you'll be right in the heart of the action as our complex is within walking distance to all of the Sundance events on Main street.
Our condo is a perfect getaway for a couple who want room to relax, or a small family. We welcome you to our home away from home!
