Welcome to our recently refurnished townhouse in the heart of Fountain Hills, Arizona! Conveniently located just steps away from Fountain Park and within walking distance to the vibrant downtown area, this property offers the perfect mix of relaxation and fun.
Our 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home has a timeless southwestern look with hardwood accents that provide a warm, comfortable rustic feel.
Enjoy a quiet night by the indoor fireplace, breakfast in the dining room, coffee and birdwatching on the back patio, or a BBQ with family and friends in our private backyard.
Each of the three bedrooms have brand new beds and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has vaulted ceilings, a private bathroom, two walk in closets, a dedicated workspace (desk and chair) as well as access to a shared balcony. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a refrigerator, freezer, dual oven, stove, garbage disposal, microwave and dishwasher. Summary: As advertised, everything was top shelf. Great location forvthe 3 different golf courses we planned to play. Plenty of local restaurants. If you like casinos, there are 2 fairly close by. Very nice condo.
