The space
Located a short ten minute drive from I-15 in Pleasant Grove high on the mountain bench. Be sure to check out the guidebook for the many restaurants, shopping, skiing, nature activities, and destination all within a quick drive.
The apartment
A private suite all to yourself located in the rear of the main home above. Access requires no stairs and the front patio is perfect for enjoying views ranging from painted sunsets to holiday fireworks without leaving the suite. It's not uncommon to see deer in the pasture, gorgeous sunsets, and towering mountains all in the same view. Access to wifi provided upon arrival, thermostat for comfort, and keyless entry.
Bedroom Suite:
Queen sized bed with a comforter, bamboo soft sheets, large walk in closet, locking door, hangers, and TV. Ensuite bathroom guarantees privacy with a tub/shower combo.
Living Room/Office
Large fold out couch with queen size sleeper and TV with access to Netflix, Amazon prime, Disney+ and more. Space has light dimmers for winding down while watching a movie. Bookshelves containing board games and a few toys. A built-in desk and chair.
Kitchen:
Large kitchen with full size fridge, cooktop, double ovens, microwave Keurig coffee maker, cook and bake ware, toaster, dishes and utensils, spices and more. We'll include dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and a few extras.
Bathroom/Laundry Room:
Besides the full ensuite bathroom, a second separate bathroom includes a shower and washer/dryer. Large fluffy bath towels and soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Private entrance off of the main drive way. Driveway wraps around the house and is a short walk from the road where parking is available.
Other things to note
There is a selection of games, DVDs, books, and children's toys in the office cabinets. There is also access to a pack-and-play.
Also please note that we live above this suite and while we try to keep quiet, we’re an active family coming and going throughout the day. If you need complete silence this probably isn’t the place for you, but we do observe quiet time from 9:00 pm to 7:00 am. This unit is most ideal for those out and about during the day and back to relax in the evening.
