Set in a prime North Scottsdale location near the McDowell Mountains and Mayo Clinic, this stunning home offers resort-style amenities paired with refined, open-concept interiors.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis. The resort-style pool and expansive patio are perfect for soaking up the Arizona sun, enjoying evening cocktails, or gathering with friends and family under the desert sky. Whether you’re lounging poolside or dining outdoors, this space was designed for unforgettable Scottsdale moments.
Inside, you’ll find high-end finishes, premium furnishings, and thoughtfully curated amenities throughout. Every detail has been intentionally selected to deliver a sophisticated, elevated experience. This home is best suited for mature, respectful guests who appreciate and care for luxury spaces. To preserve the quality of the property, parties and improper use of furnishings are not permitted.
The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. Kindly note that the pool and spa shares the same heating unit. We can only heat one body of water at a time. The same fee of $100 applies even if it`s just the spa that you want to be heated.
We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation. A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.
Please note that we set our pool temperatures between 76 to 78 degrees. It takes about 12-16 hours for the pool to fully heat.
