Located near all the hot-spots in the cozy small-town of Flagstaff; less than 10 minutes from downtown Flag, 25 mins to top of Snowbowl, 5 mins to NAU & close to hiking and biking trails! In the master suite, enjoy a large-soaking tub, walk-in shower with jets. Book your stay at the Modern Magnolia Cabin!
We’re happy to be a pet-friendly home because we understand that furry friends are paw-t of the family! We charge a $20/night pet fee up front and require that you include your pets in the reservation in order to be approved for the stay. We just ask that you’re paw-sitive your pets are well-behaved during your visit. Guests are responsible for any damage or extra cleaning. Please note that if there is excessive damage, pet urine or stains in the home, or pet waste left in the yard, an additional cleaning fee of $250 minimum may apply to restore the space for the next guest. Summary: The house is adorable and spotless,the kitchen was decently stocked with nice glasses, pots, pans and kitchen tools. They have great bedding and toilet paper (I know strange but important and rare in VRBO settings). The photos depicting the coffee bar were inaccurate, if you are looking for a coffee experience at a higher level than a Keurig be sure to check with the owner in advance. The home is on a corner lot and centrally located to the activities we had planned, close to the private golf clubs, downtown, east and west side restaurants, hiking and shopping. We chose this property because of the remodel and also we were hoping to be on the patio to enjoy the weather, unfortunately the neighbors deck looks down on the deck and they have multiple large barking dogs. We brought our Frenchie, and had nice walks in the neighborhood. There were a few things that needed to be addressed, and I discussed them with the owner, who has assured me she will take care of them for future visitors. All in all a great stay.
